At age 10 I was introduced to the kitchen. My grandmother used to prepare cakes and dishes for family, friend, and members of her church. Those years of watching my grandmother feed any and everybody really pushed me into my passion. Being the oldest female growing up in my house hold has giving me the experience and knowledge that I take with me for the rest of my culinary career.
